Resolutions tend to get a bad reputation because of the lack of follow-through and that’s why I decided to make these resolutions as practical and achievable as possible. Being completely honest, the new year is arbitrary, it doesn’t matter when you make these commitments, and it’s never too late to start making changes and inserting more body positivity in your life.
