Body Confidence During Sex

July 17, 2017

You can’t love your body if you don’t know what it looks like!

I truly believe it is important to know what your body looks like naked. I think it’s important to know what your ENTIRE body looks like naked. I understand that might seem like a daunting task but that’s why I’ve given you loads of tips to help you feel more at ease so you can enjoy the moment.

Apologies in advance for ruining a lot of the romanticism around sex. I believe in giving very practical advice. I know that’s unconventional. I know it’s not what you see in the movies – but it’s honest and realistic so sorry, not sorry.

❤️ If you are thin before you took your top off, you won’t be fat after you take your top off
? If you are fat before you took your top off, you will be fat after you take your top off
? When someone consents to having sex with you, they are consenting to having sex with your body
? Most people are not thinking about your body, they are thinking of their own insecurities
? If they are criticising your body, they are the insecure ones and want you to join them in their insecurity – don’t let them!
? You can kick those people out at any time – even midway through sex
? You deserve better than that and don’t let your low self-esteem or low self-worth convince you otherwise
? As much as you try, your body won’t look that different with or without clothes, with or without Spanx, push up bras or whatever other body altering products there are out there
❣️ The less you are in your head and the more you are in your body, the more fun you have.
