You believed in the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy and Father Christmas without a reason. So why do you need a reason to believe in yourself?
“Why did you love that play?”
“It was the writing and how eloquently the words were spoken and how the lighting perfectly emphasised the poignant moments!”

“Why did you love that play?”
“I don’t know. I just sorta did”
Is one sort of love more superior to another’s?
Is one person’s experience more poignant than the others simply because one could articulate it and another one couldn’t?
The answer is: NO.
Just because you can’t explain why you are deserving of self love doesn’t mean you aren’t.
Just because you can’t find a reason to believe in yourself, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t.
Just because you don’t see beauty in your reflection, doesn’t mean it isn’t there.
It doesn’t need to be seen to be believed.
YOU do not need to see your worth to believe it exists.
